Oslo, 14 December 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Targovax ASA (OSE:TRVX) (“Targovax” or the “Company”) on 8 December 2020, regarding the board of directors’ resolution to increase the share capital of the Company in connection with the exercise of employee options.
The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company’s new share capital is NOK 8,653,131.80, divided into 86,531,318 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.

Activating the patient’s immune system to fight cancer
Targovax (OSE:TRVX) is a clinical stage immuno-oncology company developing immune activators to target hard-to-treat solid tumors. Targovax aims to unlock greater clinical benefits in cancer patients by deploying multifunctional platforms to target key immune regulators and oncogenic drivers. Targovax’s focus is to “activate the patient’s immune system to fight cancer”, thus extending and transforming the lives of cancer patients with targeted therapeutic cancer immunotherapies. The Group’s pipeline aims at different cancer indications, including melanoma, mesothelioma and colorectal cancer.
