Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 17 March 2017 regarding Targovax ASA’s (“Targovax” or the “Company”) resolution to apply for a transfer of the listing of the Company’s shares from Oslo Axess to the main list on Oslo Stock Exchange.
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved the listing prospectus (the “Prospectus”) prepared by the Company in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The Prospectus will be available at www.circio.com from today. Hard copies of the Prospectus may be obtained free of charge by contacting the Company.
